• Develop and maintain browser-based automation workflows with Playwright to streamline data collection, validation and reporting for the CEMEA Sales BPR & Systems team.
• Design and build interactive Tableau dashboards giving stakeholders visibility into sales performance and key business KPIs across the CEMEA region.
• Manage and process large-scale datasets supporting cross-regional sales business-process re-engineering (BPR), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Manage the full project lifecycle for multiple clients — from consultation and stakeholder engagement to architecting and deploying end-to-end data & automation solutions.
• Engineer custom automation with Python and RPA, streamlining complex processes and reducing manual effort by up to 80%.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modelling to surface KPIs and predictive insight for forecasting; version control with Git / GitHub / GitLab.

• Engineered and maintained scalable ETL pipelines processing terabytes of data from disparate sources into Google BigQuery, ensuring integrity and data governance.
• Delivered dynamic BI dashboards that guided strategic decisions, and drove process improvements with low-code apps (AppSheet) and AI automation (n8n).
• Automated extraction from legacy systems (RPA) and external sites (web scraping), and optimised BigQuery performance with complex SQL and stored procedures.
