Where the work happened.
The consultancy I co-founded with Douglas Woollam, delivering AI, data and automation work to small and mid-sized Irish businesses — scoped around a measurable outcome rather than a day rate. I run every engagement end to end: discovery, build, validation, and a handover that leaves the client owning what they paid for.
